Shipping policy
When your order arrives
Open it in front of the carrier and take a look. If the parcel is dented or something is broken, write «possible dents or damage» on the delivery note before signing: with that note we can claim against the carrier and replace your order. Without it, the carrier will not accept the claim and we cannot refund you. You have 24 hours from delivery to tell us at customer@decoragloba.com.

At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart before payment, based on the delivery address. Delivery times are set out below.
6. DELIVERY
CORTELL sells its candles, diffusers, soaps and lotions to private customers and to trade customers through www.cortellbrand.com. Orders are prepared in the Valencia workshop and delivered through the transport agencies we work with.
PRODUCTS
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer when placing it, according to the method chosen.
The delivery area covers mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, the rest of the European Union and the rest of the world. At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders paid for at the time of purchase are prepared and delivered normally within 48/72 working hours in mainland Spain. For all other destinations the time depends on the transport agency and the delivery address.
Orders paid by bank transfer
For orders paid by bank transfer, the order is prepared and shipped once the payment is received. The account details are:

7. PRICES, COSTS AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on www.cortellbrand.com are expressed in euros unless stated otherwise and are guaranteed for as long as they remain valid, save for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of all products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, where this is compulsory) together with their features, offers, discounts and so on are shown on each of the items that appear in the catalogue at www.cortellbrand.com.

The prices shown on the website include the applicable VAT, except in trade accounts, where prices are shown without taxes and VAT is added when the order is completed, where applicable.

Sales transactions are deemed to take place at the registered tax address of GRUPO GLOBA DG, S.L., Pasaje Dr. Bartual Moret No. 5 Entlo. D, 46010 Valencia.

Shipping costs: Orders are shipped through the transport agencies engaged by CORTELL to the delivery address given in the order. CORTELL tells its customers the exact amount payable as SHIPPING COSTS, based on the order (number of kilos) and the delivery address.
Product prices may change at any time. In that case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any event, the final cost will be communicated to the customer during the online purchase process before they formalise their acceptance.
